Guadalupe Chavarria II, owner and conceptual founder of Arturo's Barbershop Asheville is a 2nd generation stylist and salon owner. He has teamed up with master barber and brother, Arturo Chavarria Jr. to open Arturo's Barbershop in tribute to their father Arturo Chavarria Sr. They have reopened the barbershop in their father's name after the original barbershop in Texas that he ran for 49 years, passing on his skills of master barbering to his sons. 

Arturo Chavarria is a master barber with over two decades of experience. He honed his skills working under other master barbers with over 4 decades of experience, including his father, the original Arturo. The talent runs in the family.

Arturo worked in Austin, TX and was known as the "Flat Top King." He combines old school barber skills with modern techniques. Scissors over comb, clippers over comb, no guards. His warm and professional personality brings loyal customers who appreciate his skillful artistry.
